[ LIVE SERVICE · ON YOUR MANAGED SERVER ]

The automation bridge

The always-on webhook engine that runs the system while nobody's watching. Routes bookings, meeting notes, and lead replies into action, credit-free for the routine 90%.

Most of your system runs when someone types into a terminal. The bridge is the part that runs when nobody does. It's a small, always-on service on your own server that listens for events from your tools and turns them into action automatically. It is the piece that makes the operating system feel alive instead of on-demand.

This is a live service, delivered on your managed server. Like everything else in the install, you own it. It runs on your box, wired to your accounts. We can walk away and it keeps running.

What it actually does

An event happens in one of your tools. The bridge catches it and does the right thing, instantly, without a person and without spending AI credits on routine work:

EventWhat the bridge does
A call gets bookedTags the lead, stamps the source, fires the conversion event back to your ad platform so your reporting stays honest
A sales call endsPulls the meeting summary, turns the action items into tasks, files them against the right client
A positive reply lands in cold outreachFlags it, drafts the follow-up, can trigger a personalized video reply
A lead form is submittedWrites it to your CRM with the right tags and routing, no Zapier in the middle

None of this needs anyone awake. The routine version of each is deterministic, so it costs nothing per event. Only when a step genuinely needs judgment does the bridge hand off to a full Claude run.

Why this is the quiet moat

How it's delivered

The bridge lives on your managed server (the sandboxed box from your install). During the Install phase we stand it up, connect it to your accounts, and register the webhook URLs inside your own tools so events flow to your box, not ours. From then on it's yours.

Because it sits on top of third-party APIs that occasionally rotate tokens or change webhooks, keeping it healthy over time is the one thing the optional care retainer covers. You own it either way; the retainer just keeps us on the hook for the upkeep.

Where it fits in your rollout

The bridge is advanced by design. It's not a week-one workflow. We switch it on once your core workflows are live and your team trusts the system, usually late in the install or early in the run phase, and we turn on one route at a time so you always know exactly what's automated and why.
