[ THE 30-DAY INSTALL ]
From zero to shipping in 30 days.
Four phases, each with a named output. Your client page (link from your kickoff email) shows YOUR live status; this page explains the journey itself.
1. Map
We audit your delivery: every recurring deliverable, hours per, who does it. Output: your constraint map + the install plan naming your first 6-10 workflows and who owns each.
2. Install
The OS core lands in your repo: skills, agents, guardrails, client registry. Your ad platforms, CRM and Drive get wired in. Workflows adapted to your brand voice and languages.
3. Prove
Real deliverables run side by side with your current process. Before/after timings recorded — your internal business case, in your numbers.
4. Handover
Your team trained (recorded), everything documented, escalation path defined. Day 30: the agreed workflows live and your people shipping with them. That is the guarantee condition.
After day 30: the care retainer
Weekly office hours your first month, then bi-weekly. Monthly usage review (workflows nobody uses get a re-training video, not silence). New workflows, model migrations, and fixes ship to your repo with plain-language change notes. Optional — the system is yours either way.
The anti-overwhelm rules we hold ourselves to
- 6-10 workflows first, not 50. The library is a menu, not a to-do list.
- Risk-graded rollout: week one is read-only (reports, analysis); money-touching workflows always create things paused.
- Role-based training: each person learns THEIR 2-3 workflows, ships a real deliverable during the session.
